Please read these terms of use carefully before using the gu10 platform. By registering or using any gu10 service, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the gu10 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with gu10's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the gu10 platform or its services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The gu10 platform is open to users aged 18 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such accounts will be closed immediately upon detection.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on gu10. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. gu10 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. gu10 will not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of login credentials to a third party.
Creating multiple accounts to coordinate promotions or manipulate the system is strictly prohibited. gu10 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus balances obtained through such means.
Gu10 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, engages in fraud, money laundering, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform, without prior notice.
Platform Usage Rules
Gu10 users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, data breaches, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to exploit the gaming system or platform promotions is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, abuse bonuses, or disrupt platform operations will result in account closure and legal action where applicable.
Users are also prohibited from posting offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content targeting other users in any interactive feature on the gu10 platform. All activity on the platform is subject to monitoring to ensure compliance with these terms.
- Account sharing with other individuals is strictly prohibited.
- The use of VPNs or location-masking methods to bypass geo-restrictions is strictly prohibited.
- Chargeback fraud and unauthorised transactions are strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the gu10 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods, including internet banking, e-wallets, and other available local options from time to time.
Gu10 does not accept third-party deposits. The account holder's name must match the name on the payment method used. Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered under the same user's name.
Deposit and withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. gu10 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party financial institutions. Any transaction disputes must be submitted to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to their own rollover requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all rollover conditions have been fully met.

Gu10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of platform use, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond gu10's reasonable control. gu10's maximum liability is limited to the user's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content, logos, designs, graphics, software, and materials on the gu10 platform are the exclusive property of gu10 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from gu10.
The gu10 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services. gu10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
Amendments & Governing Law
Gu10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are responsible for checking this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.
These terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the gu10 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal action or proceedings arising from these terms shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
